- 1 Air fryer
Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, about 8 ounces each
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp Fireball Whiskey Flavored Seasoning
Instructions
Sweet Potato Fries
- Peel potatoes if desired. Slice into ¼ to ½-inch wide sticks. Toss sweet potatoes with butter and Fireball Whiskey Flavored Seasoning.
- *Spray air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange sweet potatoes evenly in basket.
- Set air fryer to 380°F and cook 8 minutes. Rearrange fries and cook and additional 7 minutes or until browned and crisp.
- *Oven Method: Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange sweet potatoes on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes. Rearrange potatoes can continue cooking 10 minutes or until browned and crisp.
Dipping Sauce
- Combine all ingredients.
- Serve sweet potato fries with dipping sauce.
