Pumpkin Pie Protein Kefir Smoothie

  • 1 cup Lifeway Pumpkin Spice Low Fat Kefir
  • 1/3 cup organic pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon natural maple extract
  • Ice, as needed
  • Pumpkin seeds, to garnish
  1. Add all of the ingredients into the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until the desired consistency is reached.
