Summer is peach season, so we’ve partnered with chefs from Johnson & Wales University to bring you these delicious peach recipes!
How to Wash a Peach
1. Brush away any visible dirt or residue
2. Fill a bowl (or partially fill a kitchen sink) with cold water.
3. Place peach in water, gently rubbing with your hands or a clean dish rag to avoid bruising.
4. Rinse in cool running water.
5. Dry gently with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel, or lay on a clean towel to dry.
