The Conscious Cleanse. When you’re feeling as if you can’t face another plain old piece of steamed broccoli, you’ll be amazed at what happens when you pair it with a tasty concoction like this zucchini hummus.

  • 2 zucchini, chopped
  • ¾ cup tahini
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 ½ teaspoons sea salt, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cumin


  1. In a food processor fitted with an S blade, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate in a glass container for up to one week.
