Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette:

4 floz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 floz. lime juice, fresh
2 floz. white wine vinegar
2 tablespoon cilantro chopped
1 teaspoon coriander, ground
1 teaspoon cumin, ground
1 tablespoon salt

Instructions

For the Salad:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Toss salad to coat with dressing and enjoy!!!

For the Dressing:

Place all ingredients in an airtight container with it’s lid. Shack vigorously to emulsify just before use.
