Organic Green Salad Topped with Chicharrone Croutons

Ingredients

Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette:

  • 4 floz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 floz. lime juice, fresh
  • 2 floz. white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon coriander, ground
  • 1 teaspoon cumin, ground
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Instructions

For the Salad:

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Toss salad to coat with dressing and enjoy!!!

For the Dressing:

  • Place all ingredients in an airtight container with it’s lid. Shack vigorously to emulsify just before use.
