of your favorite lettuce blend

avocado,

cherry Tomatoes,
halved

corn of the cob

red pepper,
medium diced

cup
radish,
sliced thin

cup
red onion
sliced thin

cup
cilantro lime vinaigrette
Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette:
4
floz.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2
floz.
lime juice,
fresh
2
floz.
white wine vinegar
2
tablespoon
cilantro
chopped
1
teaspoon
coriander,
ground
1
teaspoon
cumin,
ground
1
tablespoon
salt
Instructions
For the Salad:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Toss salad to coat with dressing and enjoy!!!
For the Dressing:
Place all ingredients in an airtight container with it’s lid. Shack vigorously to emulsify just before use.
