- 2 zucchini, chopped
- ¾ cup tahini
- ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 ½ teaspoons sea salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- In a food processor fitted with an S blade, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate in a glass container for up to one week.
