We’re a month into 2017. How are you doing on your New Year’s resolutions? Even though this recipe doesn’t look much, medjool dates are quite saturating because of the high amount of fiber.

  • 6 medjool dates
  • 6 teaspoons natural almond butter


  1. Cut dates lengthways without cutting through to remove the kernel.
  2. Fill each date with 1 tsp almond butter. Let the stuffed dates cool in the fridge for about 1 hour.
