Even though this recipe doesn’t look much, medjool dates are quite saturating because of the high amount of fiber.
- 6 medjool dates
- 6 teaspoons natural almond butter
- Cut dates lengthways without cutting through to remove the kernel.
- Fill each date with 1 tsp almond butter. Let the stuffed dates cool in the fridge for about 1 hour.
