- 3 pounds short rib (boneless), trimmed of excess fat
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 8 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 can (28-ounce) diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can (28-ounce) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup dark beer
- 2 (16-ounce) cans red kidney beans
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Spicy Chicken & Cheese Dip:
- 1.5 pounds cooked chicken breasts, finely chopped or shredded
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1⁄2- 3⁄4 cup Schultz’s Gourmet Spicy Original Cooking Hot Sauce
- 1-2 tablespoons Schultz’s Gourmet Premium Seasoning & Rub
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese (can substitute with blue cheese)
Signature Gourmet Wings:
- 5 pounds of fresh, natural chicken wings
- 3 tablespoons Schultz’s Gourmet Premium Seasoning & Rub
- 10-12 ounces Schultz’s Gourmet Spicy Original Hot Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 425°F.
- Using the store bought pizza crust, brush entire crust with olive oil, then sprinkle the edge with garlic salt.
- Next, pour on Schultz’s Gourmet Spicy Original Hot Sauce and spread around pizza crust (spread to 1” from the edge of the crust).
- Sprinkle a layer of grated parmesan cheese on top of the hot sauce.
- Then add a layer of mozzarella cheese followed by chicken breasts cubes, sausage and onions.
- Cook 12 to 15 minutes, or until brown in the oven.
Spicy Chicken & Cheese Dip:
- Mix ingredients well. Excellent served either hot or cold.
- Serve with chips, bread or veggies.
Signature Gourmet Wings:
- Season raw chicken wings with Schultz’s Gourmet Premium Seasoning & Rub then place on grill.
- Grill chicken until golden brown (internal temperature 165ºF).
- To avoid burning the chicken, constantly flip chicken and cook evenly on both sides. Once chicken is finished, remove from heat.
- Warm 10-12 ounces of Schultz’s Gourmet Spicy Original Hot Sauce in a medium to large pot and do not boil the sauce.
- Add the cooked wings directly from the grill into the pot with the hot sauce. Stir well before serving.
