- 3 Tbsp. Pure Blends™ Avocado Oil Plant-Based Butter, divided
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lb. cauliflower rice
- 3 Tbsp. vegan grated Parmesan style topping
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley leaves
- Melt 2 Tbsp. Pure Blends™ Avocado Oil Plant-Based Butter in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 4 minutes.
- Add cauliflower rice and 1/4 cup water. Cover; reduce heat and cook until cauliflower rice is tender, about 8 minutes.
- Stir in remaining 1 Tbsp. Pure Blends™ Avocado Oil Plant-Based Butter, Parmesan style topping and parsley. Season, if desired, with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
