- 2 slices of Oroweat Oatnut bread
- 2 teaspoons (one on top, one on bottom) nonfat mayonnaise
- 4 medium slices cooked chicken breast
- 2 slices tomato
- strips yellow bell pepper
- leaves romaine lettuce
- Spread nonfat mayonnaise onto one slice of bread.
- Layer with chicken slices, tomatoes, yellow pepper, lettuce, and remaining bread slice.
- Cut in half and serve.
