Antipasto Salad

  • 1/4 cup Marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup Roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup Black and green olives
  • 1/4 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncinis, (mild and hot)
  1. Mix and serve over a bed of chopped Romanie or on its own.
