According to the Tea Association of the USA, next to water, tea is the most widely consumed beverage in the world and can be found in about 80% of American households.  

The antioxidants in tea have been researched for their ability to improve heart health, brain health, reduce cancer risk, as a weight loss aid and more. 

Several brands have introduced herbs, vitamins and essential oils into their blends to serve up wellness teas with even more health benefits. Here are a few to consider if you’re looking for a new favorite brew. 

Winter Wellness
