Darrin Peterson has always strived to help people take the best care of themselves. When he was working in a small health food store in Texas, he became known as a local health food guru for his knowledge and expertise in assisting customers find the right supplements to treat their ailments. But he was troubled with the quality of products on the shelves: most were made from single ingredients, and there were few options of healthful blends. When he would recommend various vitamins and nutrients for an ailment, customers’ carts would end up full of a variety of bottles. Something needed to change.
In 2009, Peterson launched Life Seasons, a line of natural, allergen-free supplements made with robust blends of vitamins, herbs and minerals to treat and support an array of conditions and ailments. Everything from adrenal, allergy, blood sugar and stress support, to sleep, energy and digestion, and so much more.
“One of the things that Darrin saw during his years at the health food store was that potency of supplements was a big issue,” says Amanda Leras, Life Seasons’ Rocky Mountain sales manager. “He wanted to develop a line of blends where a customer who, say, had an adrenal issue, and instead of buying three, four, five bottles of single supplements, he or she instead could buy one bottle of as complete a formula as possible for their condition. And the blend would be a therapeutic milligram dose that was backed by science and literature.”
The company name comes from Peterson’s belief that as the seasons change, so should our supplement protocols. “We’re ever-evolving, ever-changing, and Life Seasons’ wide array of supplements help meet the needs of people as they are going through their own health journey,” explains Leras.

“We are committed to providing the nutrients and resources individuals need to take power of their own health and live life to the fullest,” says Leras. Along with purchasing Life Seasons in your local Kroger or affiliate store, the company will also be launching an integrative center in Dallas, Texas later this year.
