Ingredients

Optional Toppings:

  • Shredded Mexican cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Green onion, sliced
  • Jalapeño pepper, sliced
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Avocado, diced
  • White onion, diced
  • Green chiles, diced

Instructions

  • Coat the base of a large nonstick sauté pan with oil and place over medium heat. Add the OZO Plant-Based Mexican Seasoned Ground, cooking it until browned and crispy, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Stir in the beans, cumin, and chili powder and cook until warmed through, about 2 minutes more.
  • Divide corn chips among bowls. Top with ground mixture and desired toppings and serve while it’s hot!
