- 1 pound beef
- 1/2 pound Italian sausage
- 3 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
- 3 ounces Chicharrones, crushed
- 1/2 onion, sautéed
- 3 pc garlic
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 egg (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients
- Baked in oven at 400
Notes
Tip: We love to stew them in tomato sauce!
