Mexican Fiesta Burger

Who needs Taco Tuesday? Instead, turn your next plant-based burger into a Mexican-themed meal that's big on flavor.

  • 2 Incogmeato Burger Patties
  • 2 burger buns
  • 4 tablespoons pico de gallo
  • 4 tablespoons fresh guacamole
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • 1/4 cup corn

Optional Toppings:

  • lettuce, tomato, jalapeño
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.

  2. Place burgers on the oven rack and toast for about 5 minutes.

  3. Add oil to a large skillet and heat over medium heat.

  4. Add Incogmeato burgers and cook until both sides start to brown.

  5. Add burgers to the buns and top each with 2 tablespoons pico de gallo, 2 tablespoons fresh guacamole, black beans, corn and any additional toppings.
