Keto Fat Bombs
Low-carb, high-fat keto fat bombs—and they’re easy to make!
- 1 cup unsweetened peanut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup cocoa butter
- 10 stevia drops
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup natural, unsweetened peanut butter, ½ cup coconut oil, ½ cup cocoa butter (or butter) and 10+ stevia drops.
- Heat until melted; stir well.
- Distribute into small lined muffin tin or silicone mold tray.
- Freeze for 1 hour. Keep in freezer for up to 3 months.
