Quick Keto Fat Bomb

Low-carb, high-fat keto fat bombs—and they’re easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup cocoa butter
  • 10 stevia drops

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup natural, unsweetened peanut butter, ½ cup coconut oil, ½ cup cocoa butter (or butter) and 10+ stevia drops.
  • Heat until melted; stir well.
  • Distribute into small lined muffin tin or silicone mold tray.
  • Freeze for 1 hour. Keep in freezer for up to 3 months.
