Jen’s  Mother’s Day Self-Care Smoothie


This easy-to-make smoothie uses Once Upon a Farm’s Mama Bear Blueberry, giving you an added boost of veggies and fruits to your diet.

In need of some fruits and veggies? Here is an easy-to-make, tasty, healthful smoothie. If no one’s looking, use extra almond butter! Enjoy on Mother’s Day or any day!

Smoothie Bowl:
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed 
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds 
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter  
  • 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk 
  • Handful of fresh spinach 
  • Small handful of ice 
  • Small handful of blueberries or a pouch of Once Upon a Farm’s Mama Bear Blueberry


  1. Mix all ingredients together in blender and enjoy.
