In need of some fruits and veggies? Here is an easy-to-make, tasty, healthful smoothie. If no one’s looking, use extra almond butter! Enjoy on Mother’s Day or any day!
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk
- Handful of fresh spinach
- Small handful of ice
- Small handful of blueberries or a pouch of Once Upon a Farm’s Mama Bear Blueberry
- Mix all ingredients together in blender and enjoy.
