Jen’s  Mother’s Day Self-Care Smoothie

This easy-to-make smoothie uses Once Upon a Farm's Mama Bear Blueberry, giving you an added boost of veggies and fruits to your diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed 
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds 
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter  
  • cups unsweetened almond milk 
  • Handful of fresh spinach 
  • Small handful of ice
  • Small handful of blueberries or a pouch of Once Upon a Farm’s Mama Bear Blueberry

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in blender and enjoy.
