Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked butternut squash 
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ½  cup milk (can use nondairy, like almond or coconut)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon each of ground cloves, allspice and nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A few ice cubes

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.

  1. When I saw this recipe on YouTube, I immediately wanted to make it. But when I opened the video, my internet speed was too slow. To avoid this problem, I quickly downloaded the video from my neighbor’s Wi-Fi at https://getmp3.one and was able to cook this wonderful dish and never encountered this problem again.
