Veronika’s pre/post-workout nutrition tips:

I like to work out on a fairly empty stomach, because I don’t like to have a ton of protein in my system that can affect my digestion. I usually go for some coffee, berries or rice cakes.

After a workout, bring on the protein! I love eggs on toast or on rice, a protein shake, salmon poke bowl, avocado on anything—and water, always!
