Dane’s pre/post-workout nutrition tips:

Pre-workout, I go for coffee and cashew nuts, aka a little caffeine and protein!

Post-workout, I’m always on the go, and it’s hard for me to actually sit down and eat, but nine times out of ten I’ll throw down a Quest or Oatmega bar with a Core Power or a Muscle Milk recovery shake. Easy peasy!
