Fun Facts about Dreena Burton:

1. I have five sisters, and all six girls have names beginning with “D”! Debbie, Donne, Diane, Dyn’se, Dreena and Dayle.

2. I’m a total dork at heart. I talk to myself as I go around the house, in a botched British accent. My kids think it’s really cool.

3. I am also a yin yoga teacher and just finished 200-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher training. My morning routine – be it 15 minutes bouncing on my trampoline or 30 minutes of yoga is essential to me.
