Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 package OZO™ Plant-Based Mexican Seasoned Ground
- 1 15 oz. can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 9 oz. bags corn chips
Optional Toppings:
- Shredded Mexican cheese
- Sour cream
- Guacamole
- Green onion, sliced
- Jalapeño pepper, sliced
- Tomato, sliced
- Avocado, diced
- White onion, diced
- Green chiles, diced
Instructions
- Coat the base of a large nonstick sauté pan with oil and place over medium heat. Add the OZO Plant-Based Mexican Seasoned Ground, cooking it until browned and crispy, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks, about 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in the beans, cumin, and chili powder and cook until warmed through, about 2 minutes more.
- Divide corn chips among bowls. Top with ground mixture and desired toppings and serve while it’s hot!
