Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 container Super Coffee Maple Pumpkin Coffee
- 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
For topping:
- nut butter of choice, seasonal fruit of choice, maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and Super Coffee Maple Pumpkin Coffee in a container and mix well. Place into the fridge so that the oats can soften overnight.
- In the morning, stir again to ensure everything is well-combined. Place into four bowls and top with walnuts, pumpkin seeds, nut butter, fruit, and a drizzle of maple syrup!
