Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon raw coconut oil
  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple crystals or another granulated sweetener
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • A few mint leaves

Instructions

  • Add coconut oil to a medium skillet over medium-low heat. Add bananas and sweetener, toss to combine, and cook until bananas begin to soften and brown in places, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Place yogurt in a serving bowl; top with bananas and mint.

The site gave detailed info on Agios Sostis Beach, explaining how it’s a quieter, more natural spot without all the beach bars. I loved that they provided directions and even parking tips since the area can be tricky to navigate. They also mention that there are no facilities on the beach, which was good to know in advance.
