Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon raw coconut oil
 - 1 banana, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
 - 1/2 teaspoon maple crystals or another granulated sweetener
 - 1 cup plain yogurt
 - A few mint leaves
 
Instructions
- Add coconut oil to a medium skillet over medium-low heat. Add bananas and sweetener, toss to combine, and cook until bananas begin to soften and brown in places, about 5–7 minutes.
 - Place yogurt in a serving bowl; top with bananas and mint.
