- 1/4 cup coconut cream (up to 1/2 cup if more whipped cream is desired)
- 1/2 tablespoon matcha powder
- 1 cup lemonade
- Add the coconut cream and matcha powder to a bowl.
- Mix well to combine. If you would like a thicker consistency use a frother to thicken the mixture.
- Add lemonade to a glass of ice water.
- Add a little matcha whip to the lemonade. Stir until mixed well.
- Top the lemonade with the remaining matcha whip, add a lemon slice as garnish and enjoy!
Coconut milk can be used instead of coconut cream. We found that the coconut cream had a thicker consistency similar to whip cream.
