Slow Cooker Overnight Oats
Eating a healthy breakfast is easy when you make it the night before!

Ingredients
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup Silk Vanilla Almond Coffee Creamer
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dried fruit, if desired
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a 2-quart slow cooker, then cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve oats immediately by themselves, or layer in a parfait with Silk cultured coconut and fresh fruit.
