Green Strawberry Smoothie

Made with flavorful strawberries and nutrient-packed spinach, this smoothie is the perfect after-school snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Simple Truth baby spinach, packed
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Simple Truth frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Simple Truth frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup whole milk or plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts, optional
  • 2 tablespoons nut/seed butter of choice
  • Sprinkles, optional

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients until smooth.
  • Transfer smoothie to two glasses. Top with sprinkles if desired.

Notes

Note: To make dairy free: Use alternative milk and ensure sprinkles are dairy free.
