Frozen Yogurt Bites

Breakfast, snack, or dessert – these loaded frozen yogurt energy bites will fill you up and cool you down. Easily customize each bite to your hearts content!

Ingredients

Topping Inspiration:

  • Dried goji berries
  • Dried pineapple chunks chopped
  • Dried blueberries
  • Dried strawberries
  • Dried apricots sliced
  • Dried banana slices
  • Coconut flakes
  • Hazelnuts
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Cashews
  • Pecans
  • Pistachios

Instructions

  • In a medium size bowl, mix Greek yogurt, sugar, and milk until well incorporated.
  • On a parchment-lined tray, scoop yogurt mixture and spread to 3-inch diameter circles. Partially freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Pull tray out of the freezer and add dried fruit and nuts to each yogurt bite. Place back into the freezer for 2 1/2 hours or until yogurt is completely frozen.
