Dairy-Free Vanilla Frozen Dessert

- 3 cups plus 2 tablespoons dairy-free milk, such as Rice Dream or Almond Dream
- 3/4 cup honey or agave
- Seeds of 1 vanilla bean or 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
- Vigorously whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Process mixture in an ice-cream maker for 30 minutes.
For a firmer consistency, place dessert in an airtight container and freeze for 2 hours.
