Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups plus 2 tablespoons dairy-free milk, such as Rice Dream or Almond
    Dream
  • 3/4 cup honey or agave
  • Seeds of 1 vanilla bean or 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Vigorously whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Process mixture in an ice-cream maker for 30 minutes.

Notes:

For a firmer consistency, place dessert in an airtight container and freeze for 2 hours.
