Chocolate and Black Bean Smoothie
Adding black beans or other legumes to any meal is a great way to increase your intake of protein and fiber without affecting the flavor, and this chocolate bean smoothie being the perfect example of that.

Ingredients
- 4 frozen bananas
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 cups cooked black beans
- 3 cups unsweetened plant-based milk
Instructions
- Cut the banana and freeze it, or use a fresh banana and ice.
- Mix all the ingredients until smooth in a blender and it's ready to serve.
