Quite possibly one of the quickest, easiest and healthiest snacks to whip up on a moment’s notice, they’re a perfect accompaniment to summer barbecues and picnics and far healthier than potato chips. Experiment with these seasonings to give your kale chips an extra burst of flavor:
• Assorted sea salts
• Sriracha sauce
• Tamari
• Parmesan cheese

Look for gourmet sea salts from SaltWorks in the deli department. Flavors include Himalayan Pink and Black Lava Kai from Hawaii.

Kale-onnaise dip recipe : Blend a bunch of kale with Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic, sea salt and lemon juice for a healthier-than-mayo burger spread and chip dip.
