Exercises included:

Dumbbell swings
Curtsy lunges
Dumbbell half-moons 1/2 moons
Track lo-hi bicep curls

Autumn’s pre/post-workout nutrition tips:

Pre-workout: I use Energize. I also eat a balanced meal of lean protein, healthy carbohydrates and healthy fats. This is usually a Fixate turkey breakfast sausage patty, oats with a drizzle of organic maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla extract, and broccoli sautéed in 1 teaspoon of olive oil.

Post-workout: Chocolate Recover mixed with water and a banana to help prevent muscle soreness and aid in muscle recovery. An hour after that, I have lunch, which again consists of a balance of protein, healthy carbohydrates and fat, such as a lean burger patty with homemade sweet-potato fries and a salad with Fixate lemon Dijon salad dressing.
