Lucy grew up an athlete: She played several sports but went on to play NCAA DI lacrosse. Born to inspire, Lucy took on the NYC boutique fitness space shortly after graduating. Lucy brings a distinctly athletic presence to everything she does, ready to inspire the champion within you. It’s this passion and purpose that led her to create Bonded by the Burn, along with co-founder, Tracy Carlinsky. A certified RRCA Run Coach, Lagree Instructor and Cycling Coach, Lucy coaches with the belief that fitness is a special vehicle that takes you from where you are to where you can reach your full potential.

Bonded by the Burn

This digital platform uses resistance bands to create a full-body workout, implementing unique variations of lunges, squats and light jumps. What makes Bonded by the Burn so special? Lucy’s pre/post-workout nutrition tips:

Before a workout, I love to drink Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Company’s Orange Beet juice. Studies have shown that the nitrates in beets convert to nitric oxide in your body, improving oxygen efficiency and blood flow, which can boost physical endurance. During my workouts, I feel energized and ready for anything!
