Karena Dawn is the co-founder of Tone It Up (TIU), a fitness, wellness and lifestyle community for women, with 1.4 million Instagram followers and many more who engage through TIU’s app and website. The former triathlete and sports model is now a personal trainer with special certifications in yoga and meditation. Along with her business partner Katrina Scott, Karena has authored two books: Tone It Up:28 Days to Fit, Fierce, and Fabulous and Tone It Up: Balanced and Beautiful: 5-Day Reset for Your Body, Mind & Spirit.
