1. Cook pasta according to pasta directions.
2. Add vegetables during the last 3 minutes of cooking.
3. Add sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking.

8 oz broccoli, small florets

8 oz leafy greens (spinach, kale, arugula)

8 oz Mushrooms, thinly sliced

8 oz Red or Green bell peppers, diced

1/3 cup asiago, shredded

1/3 cup pecorino romano, grated
