jar Barilla® Sun-dried Tomato Pesto

hard boiled eggs, sliced thin
1
avocado, sliced thin
4
slices whole grain bread, toasted
2
plum tomatoes, sliced thin
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Place bread on a plate. Spread 2 tablespoons pesto on top of 2 slices of bread.
Top with avocado, tomato, and egg. Season with salt and pepper.
Top each slice with the remaining bread and enjoy.
