Garlic and Avocado Kefir Dip

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons whole-milk kefir
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


  • ¬†Mix in capers, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper, until well blended.
  • Fold in cheese and artichoke hearts. For a fun presentation, serve in a bread bowl.
