Garlic and Avocado Kefir Dip

Ingredients

garlic cloves

olive oil

whole-milk kefir

Instructions
Mix in capers, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper, until well blended.
Fold in cheese and artichoke hearts. For a fun presentation, serve in a bread bowl.
