Healthy Pumpkin Parfaits

These pumpkin parfaits are filled with good-for-you pumpkin puree and Greek yogurt.

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree 
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


  • Mix pumpkin puree and next 6 ingredients together. Layer small cups with Greek yogurt and pumpkin puree mixture, alternating. Top with homemade granola.
