In your crock pot (or just a regular pot on the stove if you don't have a crock pot!), dump in the wine, cider, agave, lemon and orange juice.
In a cheesecloth orcheesecloth bag, add all the zest.
In another one, add all the spices.
Add both to the pot!
Cook on really really low (if on the stove) or high heat (if in a cockpot) for 2-4 hours. The most heat you want to give the wine is a very low simmer.
When you're ready to serve, stir in the cup of brandy and have fun!
