Nice Cream with Green Peas
This recipe is a fun (and delicious) way to get kids to eat their greens without thinking about it!
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 3 ripe frozen bananas cut in pieces
- 1 1/4 cups frozen mango cubes
- 1 1/4 cups frozen green peas
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 cup granola
Instructions
- Mix bananas, mango, peas and lime juice in food processor.
- Divide the ice cream into 4 bowls.
- Top if off with almond butter and granola.
