Green Smoothie Bowl

An easy and delicious way to pack in lots of greens: the ultimate green smoothie bowl – perfect for breakfast or a post-workout snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup FAGE Total
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

Toppings:

  • Kiwi slices
  • Kiwi berry
  • Baby spinach
  • Green grapes, cut in half
  • Poppy seeds

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve in a bowl topped with kiwi slices, kiwi berry, spinach, grapes, and poppy seeds.
