Vegan Superseed French Toast

Superseed Baked French Toast

Seeds add both a satisfying crunch and a boost of protein for sustained energy from a traditionally carb-heavy dish. For the full Parisian effect, use a thick sliced bread and serve with maple syrup, garnish with powdered sugar and fresh berries.
